This unrefined coconut flour has a rich texture and sweetness that makes it a top contender for best flour substitute. This flour is finely ground from dried coconut meat and goes great in baked goods...at least all the ones we've tried over the years.
Tip: Due to it's high fiber content, coconut flour is known to absorb more liquid than regular flour. To help with this you can add an egg, more liquid, or pair your coconut flour with another flour such as almond flour rather than substituting completely.
